High School/14U Camp
The 14U / High School Summer Skills program is designed to help players sharpen their skating, puck skills, compete habits, and overall game readiness before tryouts. Each session will include dedicated power skating focused on edge control, stride efficiency, acceleration, transitions, balance, and game-speed movement, followed by skill stations built around puck handling, passing, shooting, puck protection, angling, small-area competition, and decision-making under pressure. The goal is to keep groups small (8:1 max), pace high, and repetitions meaningful so players are not just getting extra ice time, but developing habits they can carry directly into the season. The final session will also be used as a controlled scrimmage so players can apply their skills and concepts in a more realistic competitive setting and close out with some fun.
