Week 1 Day 2 tonight.
Reminder that our player meeting begins at 6:15 PM, so players need to be seated and ready to start on time.
We will continue building our defensive zone structure tonight, with an emphasis on triangle reads, second quick support, weak side responsibilities, and net front box outs. We will also introduce some area passing concepts that will carry into our breakout work in the coming weeks before finishing with a competitive 2 vs 2 rebound game.
